We take chickpeas, cauliflower and green peas and let them simmer with onions, garlic, ginger and some delicious spices to bring to you our take on an Indian favorite. Comes on a bed of spinach (extra veggies never hurt nobody!) with a side of brown rice and an optional protein choice. Omnivore meal comes with tofu by default.
